Objective

To have a Safe, & secure NRI Housing colony (retirement community) for NRIs who have deep passion with mother-land India and the memories that made them good citizens of the world.

• The objective would involve Government of Andhra Pradesh procurement of land, develop an approved layout & NRI’s purchasing the plots directly from the Government.
• All financial payments in the revenue transaction would be paid to Government of Andhra Pradesh or Government of Indian abiding by all the laws of the land (Govt of India, Andhra Pradesh State Government, the local district, & Municipal Governments).
• Location of the NRI Colony is Pulivendla Municipality, YSR Dist., AP.
